Blanket update
So yesterday was knitting wonder woman Elizabeth Zimmerman’s 100th anniversary. It was also my 26th. I had a great time over the weekend, with multiple brunches, a get together at a bar lounge, and even a party for a friend leaving for basic training.
Now to the Blanket. It has gotten much larger which is good since I want to finish it by the end of the week.
The pattern is going well and I just have to count rows for the color change all the time. It is already about 20″ from center of the star out. So I think I will just knit it until Friday.
While the shower is not until the 28th I’m planning on going to Dragon Con and have decided to be Dr. Martha Jones. And to complicate my life I want to knit a lace-weight Dalek to go with the costume.
Here’s hoping I can make the 9/2 deadline.
